On the 17th October it was Pet Day. We had to make a slide show to show all our writing for Pet Day. We also put on some pictures of the pet we own and other people's pets. Here is my slide show.
Hi Chloe, my name is Cassie from Waikowhai Primary School. I really like the way you blogged about pet day, they were all so cute and they looked really cool while you guys were holding them. It made me think of when I was little, we got to see a dog but your pet day was not like ours. Maybe next time you could add some more photos of the teacher holding a pet. Hola Chloe, my name is Anuk and I'm a student from Manukau class at Waikowhai Primary School. You have done a great job at showing people the good things about owning a pet, you have used relevant pictures and good vocabulary. Do you own any other pets other than Motley the cat? I own a pet myself. This reminds me of writing we do where we show our opinions on certain things. Maybe next time you could be a bit more careful about the placement of your photos as I was unable to read some words due to pictures being in the way. I also really like your cat. Your slideshow reminded me of when I had a dog but then he sadly passed away.His name was Popcorn. Now I know more about all animals. It reminds me of when I went to a cat show where there were loads of cats of so many different kinds.
